Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in person.
  • Identifying and resolving all the client queries.
  • Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications.
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients.

  • Providing clients with the relevant information of services offered by the company.
  • Working closely with the Multiple teams for fulfilling the client requirements on time.
  • Creating pitch presentations and providing first cut proposal drafts as per the requirements of clients.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Should be up-to-date with latest trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Should be prowess in MS-office.
  • Proficiency in major digital platforms.
  • Agency experience is an add on.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Keeping the design team inspired.
  • Picking members from the design team to work on particular projects.
  • Meeting with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Briefing the design team about the requirements of clients.
  • Devoting business concepts and interpreting client reports to produce innovative outcomes.
  • Creating strategic design plans to satisfy clients.
  • Fixing the project timeline and budget and making the team adhere to it.
  • Creating storyboards for clients and the team to visualize the outcome.
  • Pitching project ideas and creative visions to clients.
  • Explaining the project outline to the design team.
  • Selecting the design elements for different projects.
  • Supervising design projects and aiding the team from the beginning to the end.
  • Collecting feedback from clients.
  • Making design alterations as per the demands of clients.

 

Requirements:

  • A degree in a visual or experiential design discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five or more years of experience as a senior-level designer.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, digital media creatives, company logos, and websites.
  • Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
  • Designing and producing collaterals in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Generate original ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
  • Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience- 0 to 2 Years
  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Should have a creative mindset to devise possibilities of organic marketing of the brand
  • Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers
  • Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, product stories, product descriptions, video texts
  • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
  • Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
  • Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organisation’s mission to inspire ideas and content

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Copy writing roles for an creative agency.
  • A professional Social/ Digital marketing degree will be an added advantage
  • Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate and manage the publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for social media channels and ads)
  • Execute a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social platforms
  • Analyse, Review and Report effective KPIs for measuring the impact of social media campaigns
  • Suggest and implement new ideas to develop brand awareness
  • Plan and execute monthly Social Media calendar
  • Manage operations between the Creative and Copy team for smooth execution
  • Continually campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc.
  • Optimize existing ad campaigns for new clients
  • Compile monthly reports for our clients with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance

 

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing. A marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
  • Proven working experience in Social Media and Paid Advertising Marketing.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of major social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed
  • Display ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and creative formats
  • Good technical understanding and ability to pick up new tools quickly
  • 2+ years of agency experience
